Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to get started?
For a streaming server or a hosting account, usually within 24 hours of agreeing the configuration. For a website or a custom project the timeline depends on the content and features — we set it together before we start.
Can I move my stream from my current provider?
Yes, and we handle the migration. We set the new server up alongside your existing one, test it, and switch over only once everything works. In practice that means no interruption for your listeners.
What is the difference between Icecast and Shoutcast?
Both are audio streaming protocols and in everyday use the difference is small. Shoutcast is older and better known to some studio software; Icecast is open and more flexible about formats. If you have no preference we will suggest whichever fits the equipment you already have.
Do you maintain the site after handover?
Yes, if you want us to. Maintenance covers security updates, backups and small content changes. If you have your own team and prefer to run it yourself, we hand over everything along with the access and documentation.
How does billing work?
Ongoing services are billed monthly or yearly, whichever you prefer. Custom projects are billed as agreed, usually in stages. There are no hidden fees and any addition is approved in advance.
Do you work outside Albania?
Yes. We work with clients across the region and with the Albanian diaspora. Communication happens in Albanian or English, and the infrastructure is placed wherever it makes most sense for your audience.
