What we collect

This site collects data only when you fill in the contact form. In that case we store your name, email address, phone number and organisation if you provide them, the service you are interested in, your message, and the site language you were using.

What we do NOT store

We do not store your IP address in readable form and we do not store browser fingerprints. Your IP is used at the moment of submission only, to limit automated spam, and is never written down in a form that identifies anyone.

Why we process it

For one reason: to answer your message. We do not use it for marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties.

How long we keep it

Contact messages are deleted automatically after 180 days. If you would like yours removed sooner, write to us and we will do it right away.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses no tracking cookies and carries no advertising. If a traffic measurement tool is enabled, it is chosen so that it does not follow individual users.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the data we hold about you. An email to our contact address is enough, and we respond within the statutory timeframe.
